A boy-meets-girl style inspired by a vintage sweater J.Crew’s head stylist found in the back of her closet. The stylist’s name is Gayle. Apparently, Gayle showed up at work wearing a sweater she DIY’ed with a grosgrain ribbon and J.Crew designers jumped on the idea and created this cute and cozy version. I love anything with a grosgrain ribbon which is why this sweater is this week’s featured item. Based on my research, this sweater was available at J.Crew a year ago and sold out but now available in all sizes at Nordstrom only.
