This lipstick was given to me as a sample at Nordstrom. I wear glosses 99.9% of the time so as you can see, lipsticks are not my thing. But as a girl, totally resisting the urge to wear a lipstick is impossible. I do not know about you but as for me, I will love to sport a Christina Aguilera and Gwen Stefani lips once in a while.

I normally walk around with a pouch filled with all my glosses and a few lipsticks that I barely wear. Yesterday, while preparing to leave for work I decided to lighten the weight of my handbag by removing the lip pouch and sticking to just carrying one lip gloss for the day. Then I felt the urge to dress my lips in the sample that was given to me few months ago. It was a Lancome COLOR DESIGN Lipstick in All Done Up.

While applying the lipstick, I noticed it has a creamy texture and glides on smoothly. It is such a pretty color and very lightweight. The most amazing thing about the lipstick is that it is long lasting. I wore it all day and only reapplied the lipstick just once and that was because I needed to take a picture for this blog post since I have no idea when I will be able to wear it again. Maybe this weekend to a party. It was really great to receive compliments while wearing the Color Design Lipstick.

Definitely recommend Lancome “Color Design Lipstick” which are my favorite lipsticks for the moment. The lipstick comes in 52 different colors and five fabulous finishes. So there is a color and texture for every girl out there. I will love to try a darker shade for this fall. Maybe the ‘Fashion Icon’ will do. I love the shimmer effect it would give.
