Parka plus plaid, the perfect cool chic weekender.
There is absolutely nothing brand new about wearing a parka jacket and plaid shirt for winter. As a matter of fact, they are both winter staples that should exist in every single closet. The only problem is that not all of us have these pieces in our closet. This is actually my first parka jacket but I am no stranger to plaid shirts (see here, here and here).

I love plaid and own a few but nothing as colorful and beautiful as this Banana Republic one (here). To achieve a girl-next-door look, the easy and approachable look, I chose to wear this DL1961 deep cuff, high-wasted denim that has a vintage flare.
